I received my crying heart pendant and it's so beautiful! I haven't taken it off. It feels very substantial and I love the finish. The addition of the marquis tear shaped diamond is perfection. The engraving was also beautifully done. I can't wait to wear this for years to come! Hanna & Maria are fantastic and lovely. Always answered any questions I had quickly and thoroughly. Absolutely in love with my engine turned lady, she’s such a perfect size and has a nice big bale which makes her easy to slip on my thicker chains. She’s even shinier than I expected in person and makes me so happy to wear her, I haven’t taken her off! This isn’t my first CNOJ experience and these ladies never disappoint, they have such a creative eye and are just lovely, creative geniuses.
