I received my crying heart pendant and it's so beautiful! I haven't taken it off. It feels very substantial and I love the finish. The addition of the marquis tear shaped diamond is perfection. The engraving was also beautifully done. I can't wait to wear this for years to come! Hanna & Maria are fantastic and lovely. Always answered any questions I had quickly and thoroughly. Very pretty and sturdy! Since I bought it during a live, sizing down by one link on each side (to keep it even) was complimentary. Super patient with answering my questions about the down size. Less rosey kind of alloy, like a blond yellow. Different than what I have but am enjoying the hue, happy with it!
