Return and Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted 7 days after an item has been received.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Rings or any items that have been re-sized for your order will not be accepted for return. Engraved and custom work pieces will not be accepted for return.

To facilitate a return, you MUST contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item at You will not be eligible for a refund if we don't hear from you within this time frame. Include the reason for your return.  

We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package (cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

At this time we cannot accommodate returns for international shipments.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  We cannot accept a return due to sizing or an item which we sized for you. Please be sure to look over all photos and sizing information prior to purchasing. 


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. We will deduct all shipping charges and credit card processing fees from the return.  Unfortunately, we don’t get those back from our system processing. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
