Shipping Info

 

Code Name Orange Juice ships to most countries worldwide!

US Orders

All ready to ship items are shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase.  Customizable items (sizing, engraving) will ship within 3-5 business days of purchase. Allow 10-15 business days for shipping on all 14k made to order products. Allow 10-20 business days for shipping on all 10k made to order products. Our workshops in NYC Diamond District are on Holiday June30th to July 11th. Please allow for additional processing time on all customizations and made to order items if your order is placed close to or within this timeframe. Shipping will pause briefly from December 23rd - January 1st. We are still taking orders & manufacturing our Replicant line during this pause. Shipping time varies depending on location. All orders within the United States ship free via UPS ground or USPS Ground Advantage shipping (2-7 business days). Shipments to PO Boxes will ship via USPS Ground Advantage Mail. Other shipping options are available at checkout. All orders are insured up to $1000.  If your order is over $1000 and lost / stolen in transit, claims will not be reimbursed unless signature on delivery option is added to your order. We will not insure beyond $1000 unless you select to add signature. Tracking will be provided for every order. Orders are shipped from New York City.

*** NEW SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY POLICY *** To add signature on delivery to your order, you will have the option to add in the shipping portion of your checkout for $10. We highly recommend that all orders over $500 ship with signature. Lost / stolen in transit orders over $1000 will not be reimbursed by insurance without signature on delivery.

International Orders

We ship to most countries.

International Orders will ship via UPS or USPS. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your selected service. All orders are insured. See insurance info above for orders over $1000. Tracking will be provided for every order. Orders are shipped from New York City. 

IMPORTANT: Code Name Orange Juice includes detailed documents necessary to insure smooth arrival in your country, however international packages may be subject to customs fees. These charges are outside of our authority and are defined by your country's government. These charges are the customer's responsibility. We will not provide a refund on packages returned to us due to customer’s inability / refusal to pay these fees.

Stolen or Lost Packages

Code Name Orange Juice is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or items not received due to an incorrect shipping address. If your package is lost in transit, we will help you file a claim with UPS or USPS.

Return Policy

Return and Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted 7 days after an item has been received.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Rings or any items that have been re-sized for your order will not be accepted for return. Engraved and custom work pieces will not be accepted for return.

To facilitate a return, you MUST contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item at info@codenameorangejuice.com. You will not be eligible for a refund if we don't hear from you within this time frame. Include the reason for your return.  

We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. We charge a $35 return processing fee for all returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

At this time we cannot accommodate returns for international shipments.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  We cannot accept a return due to sizing or an item which we sized for you. Please be sure to look over all photos and sizing information prior to purchasing. 

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. The $35 processing fee will be deducted from your refund total.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
