Return Policy

Return and Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted 7 days after an item has been received.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Rings or any items that have been re-sized for your order will not be accepted for return. Engraved and custom work pieces will not be accepted for return.

To facilitate a return, you MUST contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item at info@codenameorangejuice.com. You will not be eligible for a refund if we don't hear from you within this time frame. Include the reason for your return.  

We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. We charge a $35 return processing fee for all returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

At this time we cannot accommodate returns for international shipments.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  We cannot accept a return due to sizing or an item which we sized for you. Please be sure to look over all photos and sizing information prior to purchasing. 

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. The $35 processing fee will be deducted from your refund total.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Authenticated for gold content via scrape acid test and XRF spectrometer in NYC’s diamond district.

All gems are authenticated by a certified gemologist in NYC’s diamond district. 

Pre-loved Condition Info

It's important to note that while pre-loved jewelry may show some signs of previous use, gold itself is a durable and long-lasting metal. With proper care, pre-loved gold jewelry can continue to bring joy and elegance for years to come.

Normal wear and tear on gold jewelry can occur over time due to regular use, such as minor scratches, dents, or fading of certain areas. We take great care to accurately describe any visible damage or imperfections that may be present on our jewelry that is beyond normal wear and tear.

WHICH PIECES CAN BE ENGRAVED?

If we consider an item engravable, the listing will have a link to add our engraving service to your cart along with your order. 

WHAT ABOUT INNER BANDS OF RINGS?

We can engrave on the inside of most rings. If you would like the inside of your new ring engraved, click here to add the engraving service to your cart.

WHAT ABOUT ITEMS THAT ALREADY HAVE AWESOME LOOKING OLD ENGRAVING?

If we can wipe out the old engraving and add yours in its stead the listing will mention this. 

HOW MUCH DOES ENGRAVING COST?

We are currently charging $60 flat fee for any custom computer engraving up to 2 surfaces. For example - a ring that has 2 hearts, a front and a back of a pendant, etc. If you need more than 2 surfaces engraved and your piece has an option to engrave more than 2 surfaces, shoot us an email at info@codenameorangejuice.com and we will work with ya on your elaborate custom engraving. In most cases, we will advise to purchase 2 engraving services.

DO I GET TO PICK OUT THE FONT?

HOW DO I LET YOU KNOW WHAT I WOULD LIKE ENGRAVED?

Be sure to add the font name and what you would like engraved in the notes section of your order. Be as specific as possible about capitalizations, dashes, slashes, periods, etc.

IS THIS COMPUTER, LASER OR HAND ENGRAVING? WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE?

This style of engraving is a computer engraving which uses an older machine and produces an older style 'carved in' look that resembles hand engraving a little closer than laser engraving. Laser engraving produces a surface finish & does not cut into the gold to create an old school dimension to the engraving, sometimes leaving a black / gray residue. Hand engraving is the best & can't be beat. Just check out vintage and antique engraved signets & you'll see what we mean.

DO YOU OFFER HAND ENGRAVING?
